New Privilege Club Member Service Centre to provide comprehensive suite of services under one roof

Qatar Airways’ frequent flyer programme, Privilege Club, launched today at Oryx Galleria enhanced benefits and services exclusively for members residing in Qatar. With expanded member services, Oryx Galleria is now the full-service offering concept store for Privilege Club members in Qatar to redeem their Qmiles within a unique and customised environment. This enhanced member services will maximise simplicity and convenience for those who prefer personalised customer service interaction.
Located conveniently on Airport Road, Oryx Galleria will now offer members first-of-its-kind benefits including further discounts on award tickets redemption, personalised customer service and privileged parking amenities. Namely, All Privilege Club members will stand to enjoy a 5% Qmiles discount when redeeming their Qatar Airways award tickets at the new member service centre. To celebrate the launch of the Member Service Centre, members who redeem Qmiles for Qatar Airways award tickets at the new centre during February will enjoy additional 5% Qmiles discount. Therefore, during February, members can redeem Awards for a total of 10% less Qmilesfor Qatar Airways award tickets.
A new Privilege Club Member Service Centre located on the mezzanine floor of Oryx Galleria will enable members to access all their benefits and privileges conveniently and efficiently under one roof. With the help of trained service personnel, members can perform a range of on-the-spot functions such as redeem their Qmiles for award tickets, upgrades and excess baggage; check account details for mileage balance, Qpoints earned, claim missing miles, request statements and card replacements; and nominate family members as well as enrol for the Privilege Club programme.

All members have to do is visit Oryx Galleria, choose from the vast selection of products or services and present their membership card and photo ID to the service staff for instant redemption. Members will continue to enjoy an expanded range of redemption options and will be able to choose to redeem their purchases entirely with Qmiles or through a combination of Qmiles and cash.
Oryx Galleria is located at the Qatar Airways building, Tower 2 on Airport Road. It opens from 9am to 9pm between Saturday and Thursday and from 12pm to 9pm on Fridays.
